Stunning dinner at @bsamcook to start off our adventures in Thailand. The elegantly presented chefs table menu was more than just beautiful plating; the flavours did not disappoint! There’s a chance I may have set our dining standard too high right out of the gate. Sweet soy and tamarind beef ribs with sautéed bok choy and mushrooms on a bed of cauliflower purée. I pressure cooked the ribs in soy sauce, tamarind paste, beef broth, onions, garlic and spices. To finish, I moved the meat to a new pan, added some oyster sauce and white sugar, then cooked on high, adding ladles of sauce to gradually reduce until charred and sticky. 👌 #beefribs #recipeideas #weeknightmeals #dinnerinspo
